Workshops
Holly offers dance injury prevention workshops that are geared toward teaching and practicing important exercises dancers need to know to reduce injuries during their dance career. These workshops are an hour long and each attendee will leave with a packet of exercises and a dancer’s kit with all of the tools necessary to carry out the exercises. These workshops range from general injury prevention to the mechanics and injury prevention of specific body parts like the hip, foot, ankle, knee, etc. So let Holly know which workshop you would like scheduled in your studio!
