PUT YOUR TRUST IN SOMEONE WHO KNOWS DANCE AND KNOWS YOUR GOALS

This strength and conditioning class for dancers focuses on injury prevention by building dance specific strength and stability. Led by an experienced Physical Therapist and previous dancer, we incorporate targeted exercises that mimic dance movements and improve alignment, balance, and stability. This class includes warm up, mobility training, strengthening, and light stretching. Modifications are given throughout the class to meet you where you are.
